What’s up with shipping?
FREE U.S. SHIPPING!
We offer FREE standard shipping on all U.S. orders. It will take 1-2 business days to process your order. We ship Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) from our warehouse in New York. Please allow up to 2 business days for orders to process (for example, if you order on Monday, your order should ship out on Tuesday or Wednesday). You will receive a confirmation e-mail with the tracking link once your order ships.

Please note that Worldgirls charges state sales taxes on orders to New York at the rate applicable for the county of the purchaser, as our shipping facility is located in New York. These collected taxes are mandated by the local state governments and Worldgirls in no way benefits from this and directly pays this amount collected to the state.

Unfortunately, our prices don't include local taxes and duties. Please make sure you consider all fees, because once your order arrives you'll be required to pay all taxes, duties, etc. (we won't be able to refund you if you change your mind).

Are Worldgirls dolls safe?
Safety and quality are extremely important to us. Our 18-inch vinyl dolls have gone through extensive testing, meaning, every single item has been individually tested to meet all U.S. ASTM safety requirements for children ages 6 and up. We work closely with a trusted, high-quality manufacturer in China to ensure your Worldgirls dolls are perfect for play.
Can I recycle Worldgirls packaging?
Yes! The actual doll box packaging is 100% recyclable. The box cover is a PET (polyethylene terephthalate) plastic, which can be recycled, and the bottom of the box is cardboard. You can also reuse the doll box to keep your doll safe, store knick-knacks, decorate your room, and more. Have fun with it!
